I'm a novelist, poet, and artist. I love books, nature, art, and gardening. I'm a rock hound and there's a photo of me with a cool fossil rock on my about page, I take a lot of nature pictures. The background here is one of mine.     I liked this antique card and relevant message, Elizabeth. I am thankful not to face the idea of shoveling snow nor clearing windshield for trips to and from work. It would be pretty to see snow for a day or two. 🙂 Wishing you a wonderful holiday.

    Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas, Elizabeth. And here’s to a healthy and happy New Year! It’s supposed to hit 70 degrees here on Christmas morning, not quite as warm as FL but far from cold and snowy.

    Totally love the picture!!!! Who’s the talented artist???? Hope it WAS a great Xmas for you, Elizabeth!! I have been “compute-free” for a few days and have actually enjoyed some “down-time” from the “little screen”…Has been cold here, but we’re actually enjoying it. My siblings got hammered with snow for Xmas and I have to admit, I was a little “jealous”. I love PLAYING in it, but not “living in it”! Have a great 2016, little Buddy! Hopefully, you’re settled into your “new digs” and enjoying your new home! ❤

      Hi, Lucie,We have that in common. I also LOVE playing in the snow, but I’m not so fond of driving around in it. 😀 Thanks for the good wishes. Right back at ya! I have no idea who the artist of the vintage card is, but wish I had that kind of talent. I am pretty much settled, now if my hubby ever gets here it will be home. Right now I have a house full of relatives and I’m lovin’ it. Take care, my friend. 🙂 ❤
