Bloomington Indiana Street Art

I often visit a blog that has some of the most fantastic graffiti art http://graffitiluxandmurals.com/ and recently a piece she posted reminded me of some I’d seen in Bloomington when visiting Eric. I asked Eric to send me some snapshots of any street art he came across. He did and it’s so fantastic, I had to share with all of you art lovers. Since there are so many photos, I listed them as thumbnails, but you can click them for larger views. Enjoy and Merry Christmas! ❤ Photos copyright-Eric Melton

  5. Fabulous post, Elizabeth!
First: Thank you for mentioning my blog with a link!!!!
Second: I love the art! Of course I have faves, but I will limit myself to 3. 1. the “Madonna with Roses” on the power box. 2. The “Woman in White” on another power box. 3. The mural with Elvis and all the fab costumes.

  7. It amazes me how people have the talent for this, I draw the line (geddit?) at stick men. I like this type of graffiti, it is pleasing to the eye and creative, it beats this modern art in the galleries that critics seem to rave about.
