I'm a novelist, poet, and artist. I love books, nature, art, and gardening. I'm a rock hound and there's a photo of me with a cool fossil rock on my about page, I take a lot of nature pictures. The background here is one of mine. 1. Hey, we’ve missed you!

Happy Independence Day. We also celebrated our Canada Day on July 1.

  2. Happy Independence Day to you, too! Hope you have fun celebrating.

  3. Hey Elizabeth!!! Long time, no see!! Happy independence day! 🙂

    • Howdy, kind sir. 🙂 Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving your thoughts. I’ve missed you. Can’t wait to visit you and see what kind of delightful trip you’ll be taking me on today. That is if I can get WordPress to cooperate. It’s not working well today at all. Must be punishing me for being absent. 😉

      • Hehe…well…I must apologize for being erratic in my visits! And when I suddenly saw your post in the reader, I was REALLY so so happy!! 😀 And I hope you will be posting regularly, now that you are back in action!! 🙂 🙂

  4. Happy 4th of July, Elizabeth! It’s still daylight and I’m hearing the first explosions…overly anxious igniters! Enjoy! xo

  5. Happy Independence Day!

Being an Aussie we do not celebrate it, but in the part of Australia that I live in – Northern Territory we just celebrated #Territory Day on July 1st 🙂

    Lots of awesome fireworks!

    Miss Lou
