I Hate Microsoft Free Trials

Every time I’ve gotten a new computer, they’ve come with all these cool trials from Microsoft. Unfortunately I’ve never been able to try any of these free trials. I’ve spent the time to download and set up the program only to have a stupid box pop up asking for a product key. Well, since this is a supposedly free trial that came preloaded on my pc, I have no product code that you would find on the CD case. But that’s not the worse part. When I try to contact Microsoft for support or to obtain this elusive product key, they want me to pay them $40 dollars unless the support I need is on a brand new product I purchased within the past thirty days. What a rip….
