My brother had a massive stroke and is unresponsive. The doctors say they won’t be able to tell us anything until the MRI results come back, but the next forty-eight hours are the critical. I will be absent from my blog for a while. For those who have been reading, Thank you…I’ll be back as soon as possible. I have lost one brother already, so any prayers for my brother and our family are greatly appreciated. Elizabeth

Your story about your brother and how the entire family must be struggling is all too familiar. A few yearsrs ago I lost an employee to a brain tumor. I know that really isn’t the news you want to read right now but that experience led me to create a very unique nonprofit dedicated to helping people with the devastating financial effects of catastrophic illnesses. We have developed a social internet platform that gives familiy, friends, co-workers, and even strangers an opportunity to make tax-deductible donaitons. We are not selling anything nor do we do this for financial gain. We simply want to help if you need us…..Prayers for your entire family, Dale Reed

My brother-in-law has also just suffered a massive left-sided stroke. My prayers will certainly go out to you and your family. There is so much uncertainty and waiting in any case like this and trying to put it all together and make informed decisions about someone you love is so hard. My heart goes out to you and your family.
