Writing My Novel On My Blog

In 2007, I finished one novel Black Rock: A Time For Love and started five more. Black Rock: A Time For Love will be released by The Wild Rose Press sometime this month as an e-book and in print come July. But this post isn’t about that. (I just wanted to plug it.) This post is about the five others I started.

I’m in the final stages of completing Shadow of Rachel and will be submitting it soon. A couple of others, I’m pretty anxious to get back to. One however, is languishing and I doubt I’d ever finish it. Therefore I’ve decided to write it here–one page at a time. It’s a love story, but not genre romance, so don’t expect it to be the typical romance. The working title is Everlasting Love: Deceptive Hearts, but I hate that title and it will change somewhere along the way. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I plan to write a page a day. I know that’s not much, but I figure it’s realistic even with a hectic schedule. I’ll post some of it tomorrow and then on Friday, I’ll start the day at a time schedule. Wish me luck on keeping at it.

I'm a novelist, poet, and artist. I love books, nature, art, and gardening. I'm a rock hound and there's a photo of me with a cool fossil rock on my about page, I take a lot of nature pictures. The background here is one of mine. Unfortunately I recently lost my wonderful husband, but I'm grateful to have the blessing of two beautiful sons. elizabethmeltonparsons.wordpress.com is © Elizabeth Melton Parsons 2007-2017.
